− Presentation by the Director of Licensing, Competition and Interconnection (DLCI) on the development of broadband infrastructure and the management of the passive infrastructure ;

− Presentation by the Director of Legal Affairs and Consumer Protection (DLACP) consumer protection ;

− Courtesy visit MINPOSTEL
− Courtesy visit MINREX
− Courtesy visit to the High Commissioner of Nigeria to Cameroon

− Evaluation of the Cooperation between the NCC and the TRB:
 Discussion around a draft agreement for coordination at the borders;
 Framing of roaming rates ;
 Preparation of the international events (CTO, ITSO, UAT etc.).
− Presentation of recommendations by the ADG/TRB in the presence of the Vice-Chairman of the NCC.

• 19 hours: Dinner offered to the Nigerian delegation at Hotel La Falaise.

Thursday, 21 July 2016:
• 06 hours : Departure of the Nigerian delegation for the Nsimalen airport (Company ASKY).
